I discovered Gary by chance and it has changed my life. 60 year old. I was 340lbs type 2 diabetes, afib, coronary artery disease and couldn't walk 200 feet. Now 6 months later down 265lbs. Heart PVCs gone, A1C 5.4 lowered my cpap was at 16 psi down to 9 pounds pressure.

I could go on and on about my changes. It all started with sunlight exposure and grounding and I've added much of your hacks. Now finished 3 day fast and joined VIP Community and I feel great.

Looking forward to the next 6 months of my health journey. By the way I can walk 2.5 miles now.
